On June 2, the first International Children’s Day parent-child event—“Fulfilling Childhood Dreams and Celebrating Together at Nobang Family”—was held as scheduled, spearheaded by the Party and Mass Work Office. Nearly 200 participants, including nearly 80 employee families from Nobang Nonwoven and Bangyi Technology across various positions, took part in this event. Originally... Family dinner together
On weekdays, putting aside our current tasks to spend quality time with our children, enjoying the company’s thoughtfully prepared holiday gifts, and savoring the lovingly crafted buffet offered by our cafeteria chefs—these delightful experiences have brought immense joy to everyone at Nobang and our little angels! The vibrant, childlike atmosphere of the themed event has added even more energy and vitality to the occasion.
Parent-child visit
At 11:40, the day-long event officially kicked off in the cafeteria of the South Factory Area. A sumptuous buffet lunch was served to both young and older participants. Coincidentally, the company was celebrating the birthdays of employees born in May and June, making the atmosphere especially lively and festive. At the scene, General Manager Zhang warmly interacted with the children, showing genuine concern for their growth. The children’s adorable smiles and playful interactions made the entire setting feel incredibly warm and welcoming. Both the little ones and the “older friends” felt deeply touched by the company’s care and attention toward employees’ families.
Parent-child interaction
After lunch, the children’s movie screening in the multi-purpose hall gave our friends a chance to relax and take a short break after enjoying a delicious meal and refreshing drinks. The tour of the administrative office area and the production line allowed the children to see where their parents work, helping them appreciate just how hard-won today’s happiness really is—there’s no such thing as a free lunch in this world, and everything we have today has been earned through our parents’ hard work. The exhibit at the “The Highest Good Is Like Water” thematic pavilion on the global development of nonwoven materials enabled the children to learn about the company’s products and corporate culture—a visit that many employees were experiencing for the first time themselves. At the end of the event, during the parent-child games held in the multi-purpose hall, each parent interacted closely with their own child. This activity provided a special opportunity for parents and children to bond intimately, and it truly touched all of us to witness this heartwarming moment.
