To celebrate the company’s 15th anniversary, highlight its development achievements and touching stories of employees, and promote the spirit of shared destiny and common growth between employees and the company, we aim to further strengthen corporate cohesion and enhance employees’ understanding and identification with the company’s culture. The event kicked off with a speech by Chen Weiguo, Director of the Administrative Service Center, and was attended by representatives from various centers and Bangyi Xun Company. 17 The contestants took to the stage one by one to deliver their speeches. Drawing on their personal experiences, they shared stories—some joyful, some bittersweet, some thrilling, and others filled with uncertainty—expressing heartfelt gratitude, genuine emotion, and an enthusiastic vision for the future.

Whether it’s more than a decade of shared trials and triumphs, several years of companionship and mutual support, or just a few months since their first encounter, they’ve all held Nubon in high esteem and admiration. Although their roles and experiences differ, they’ve all expressed heartfelt gratitude and appreciation for the company’s nurturing and guidance, as well as its trust and support. Because of Nubon, they feel deeply grateful; because of Nubon, they’ve pushed beyond their limits; and because of Nubon, they’ve undergone profound transformation and growth. After an afternoon of intense competition, Wang Yunbin from the Technology Center ultimately won first prize in this speech contest; Pan Yuefen from the Marketing Center and Lin Juan from the Procurement and Supply Service Center received second prize; Jin Jing, Qian Lina from the Administrative Service Center, and Jiang Linfu from the Marketing Center were awarded third prize; and Wu Cong from the Marketing Center, Bai Jingjing from Bangyi Company, and Zhao Kelin from the Marketing Center received honorable mentions.
