To enrich the leisure and cultural life of employees, showcase the company’s vibrant culture, and inspire team collaboration. 10 Moon 28 Noon 12 time 40 The NoBang Shares, themed “Exciting Autumn, Vitality on the Go” 2017 The annual staff sports meet has officially kicked off. It is organized by the leadership team, six centers, and one business division. 8 The participating teams jointly took part in this grand event.
At the opening ceremony, the judging panel formation and athletes from each participating team entered the venue one after another. With steady strides and confident expressions, they exuded unwavering confidence in this competition. Mr. Gong Jinrui, Party Branch Secretary and Deputy General Manager of Nuobang, delivered a speech at the opening ceremony, urging all employees to take this event as an opportunity to transform the spirit demonstrated during the sports meet into an inexhaustible source of motivation and passionate enthusiasm for performing their daily duties. “Let’s work together with one heart, ensure steady growth, and give our all to sprint through the fourth quarter,” he said, calling on everyone to propel the company’s development to a new level! Chief referee Yang Yijun and athlete representative Tan Yong also took the oath respectively.
Tug-of-War Competition—The Nobang Spirit of Bravely Forging Ahead Through Rapids
The referee’s whistle signaled the start of the tug-of-war competition! Instantly, cheers and shouts of encouragement erupted across the playing field. The athletes clenched their teeth, pulled with one unified effort, and vividly demonstrated the “vise-like spirit” that embodies the NoBang ethos. Each step they took, driven by relentless determination, mirrored the down-to-earth dedication of NoBang’s producers... As the contest remained evenly matched, the athletes’ faces turned red with exertion, each refusing to yield, lending an air of mysterious anticipation to the games. After two rounds of drawing lots and several intense rounds of competition, the team from the Procurement and Supply Service Center staged a remarkable comeback, clinching first place and securing the ultimate victory, bringing the tug-of-war competition to a perfect close. The first team from the Production Center finished second—but even in defeat, they deserved great honor. The team from the Technical Center delivered an outstanding performance, placing third.
“Seven hands, eight feet” to overcome obstacles—smooth teamwork, brilliantly soaring!
This was a test of speed and passion, endurance and teamwork. Each team’s members participated in the competition with a positive and upbeat attitude. On the field, athletes sprinted vigorously toward the finish line; off the field, spectators cheered loudly, cheering on the teams from each center. The vibrant atmosphere of the competition filled every team with confidence. They stood united, fought together with all their might, and brimmed with enthusiasm. When they fell, they got right back up again—filled with anticipation and hope. Let’s show off our style, demonstrate our skill, and foster friendship! After fierce competition, the Marketing Center team ultimately took first place, while the Technical Center team and the Bangyi Business Unit team placed second and third, respectively. Roll a snowball — To sprint through the fourth quarter, we need to fight side by side in a “snowballing” manner.
The Snowball Project really puts the team’s collaborative skills and spirit of mutual assistance to the test. As a member of the team, you’ll realize that you’re never fighting alone—simply running fast by yourself isn’t enough. Instead, you need to pay close attention to your teammates who are running alongside you. Only when every member of the team crosses the finish line together can we truly claim victory. Holding hands reminds us that, as we move forward, we must slow down and wait for our companions, care about our teammates, encourage each other, and support one another—only then can we charge toward the finish line together. This principle holds true even during the final sprint of the fourth quarter. While sales staff are brimming with energy, charging ahead to secure orders and win customers, our production, quality control, and logistics support departments must absolutely not hold us back or fall behind. By delivering high-quality products and working side by side with the marketing team, we can run farther and keep going longer! In this project, the first place was awarded to the Bangyi Business Unit, second place to the Procurement and Supply Service Center, and third place to the Technology Center.
Kangaroo Relay Race—Meet on the Field, the Brave Prevail
At the competition venue, the “kangaroos”—players holding basketballs between their legs—leapt forward with all their might, racing past one another, each striving to be faster than the last. The cheers and laughter of the spectators rose and fell in waves. From time to time, an athlete would drop their “little kangaroo,” scrambling frantically across the field to quickly retrieve it, clamp it securely back into place, and then continue jumping onward. They’d weave and leap all the way to the turning point, handing off the “kangaroo” to the next athlete, determined to see the race through to the very end. In the end, the team from the Bangyi Business Division completed the relay in the shortest time possible. 7 Among the participating teams, one team stood out and won the championship of this competition. The second team from the Production Center came in second place, while the team from the Financial Center of the Administrative Service Center took third place.
Securing a parking space—speed determines success or failure.
Competing 54 The famous contestants are divided into 7 The teams engaged in an exciting competition. At the referee’s command, the athletes—eyes firmly fixed on their “parking spaces”—set off at a brisk pace, sprinting swiftly toward their designated spots. After round after round of elimination, the ultimate winners, including Wang Yuechao and Jiang Yanmei, emerged victorious. 7 People advance to the finals and embark on the ultimate showdown. PK The competition was underway. At this moment, the spectators in the stands were buzzing with excitement, eagerly anticipating who would emerge as the winner of this contest. Amidst waves of cheers and shouts of encouragement, Wang Yuechao from Team One of the Production Center ultimately took first place, Mo Weizhong from Team Two of the Production Center secured second place, and Guo Yong from the Finance Center team of the Administrative Service Center claimed third place. This little game packed a big punch of wisdom, thoroughly testing participants’ athletic reflexes. As soon as they heard the command, they had to react swiftly to avoid being eliminated by their opponents. The same principle applies to the workplace: when faced with challenges, only by resolving issues in the shortest possible time and in the most effective manner can one stand out from competitors.
Master the “Nine-Grid” — Relive Childhood Memories and Bring Fun and Excitement to the Playing Field
It has to be said that our planning team really let their imaginations run wild! The clever integration of the challenging and highly engaging nine-grid mini-game instantly prompted the contestants to go all out in their efforts to complete it smoothly. The “Jian Dance Soaring” event had a group of grown men groaning in agony, silently praying they wouldn’t “draw the unlucky ticket.” Yet, even so, we still saw male employees with “stiff limbs” enthusiastically kicking shuttlecocks on the playing field. The “Puzzle” and “Jump Rope” segments alike kept the crowd bursting into laughter again and again. Cheers, shouts, and cheers of encouragement blended together, pushing the atmosphere of the competition to a fever pitch! In the end, the team from the Financial Center of the Administrative Service Center took first place, while the team from the First Production Center and the team from the Bangyi Business Unit respectively placed second and third.
Table Tennis Competition for Passing and Ball Control — Master ping-pong and watch me show off my skills!
As soon as the referee, Shi Ding, finished announcing the competition rules, the match officially began. The athletes, holding their rackets and supporting ping-pong balls, rushed off in a hurry. 15 Although the 50-meter track may seem short, for the competitors, repeatedly running back and forth while balancing the ball isn't as easy as it looks. Even a slight shift in the racket’s position can cause the lightweight ping-pong ball to fall right away. By then, thanks to inertia, the players have already surged ahead quite a distance, forcing them to run back, pick up the ball, and continue their journey. The further they go, the more their physical fitness and endurance are put to the test. All around the track, cheers rise and fall in waves, as the cheerleaders on the sidelines passionately and eagerly root for and encourage the athletes inside: “Stay steady! Run faster!” Some athletes sprint lightly and swiftly, quickly transferring one ping-pong ball after another from one basket to another. Others, though slower, avoid bending down to pick up balls mid-run, saving precious time and achieving impressive results. Some athletes dropped the ball several times, yet with everyone’s enthusiastic encouragement, they persevered and finished the race. The ping-pong balls that kept falling during the competition are just like life’s occasional bumps and setbacks—only by overcoming these challenges can we achieve victory! Wu Cong from the Marketing Center team took home the championship, while Cheng Chaohui from the No. 1 team of the Production Center, undeterred by his previous efforts, earned second place. Xie Minghua from the Lemon team of the Bangyi Division secured third place.
This year’s employee sports meet came to a successful close in an atmosphere of harmony, friendliness, and joy.
