This session also drew active participation from module leaders such as Shi Ding and Zhang Guoyan. Together with Lemon, they were divided into four teams: Rocket Team, Chizi Team, Flying Bird Team, and Kunlun Team. At the outset, Principal Pang used several video clips to guide team members in initiating communication and exchange. They discussed and analyzed the situations faced by the individuals in the videos as well as their resulting impacts, and then each team took turns coming forward to share their insights. After offering positive feedback on each team’s analysis results, Principal Pang introduced the concept of “personal needs versus practical needs,” officially kicking off the training journey.

Facing off against the “veteran” teams—Fei Niao and Kunlun— the “youngsters” from the Lemon team showed no sign of backing down. Upholding the vibrant spirit of “loving to showcase oneself, daring to stand out, and being full of energy,” they worked hard to unite as one, growing stronger with each challenge and fully embodying the spirit of “never giving up.”
After this training, the participants have gained a deeper and more comprehensive understanding of and proficiency in communication skills.
