Yellow sands, after a hundred battles, wear golden armor—until we’ve broken through Loulan, we’ll never return—NoBang Academy’s Elite Eagle Lecture Series, Session 2 Training.

2016 Year 10 Moon 15 Date to 16 On [date], in order to strengthen the development of Nobang’s core personnel, hone the willpower of management staff, and cultivate a highly effective team that “obeys orders without question and refrains from prohibited actions,” Nobang Academy organized all mid-level managers to attend the second session of the “Learning from the Military Spirit, Enhancing Personal Qualities” Elite Eagle Lecture Series at the Zhejiang Provincial People's Armed Forces College.

Stand at attention. 9 At precisely noon, the military training officially began, and the first task was to stand at attention in military posture. The stern instructor barked loudly, “Stand tall and exude confidence!” Instantly, everyone tightened their legs, and sweat mixed with rainwater streamed down their cheeks. Exactly... 1 An hour has passed, and this group spans ages from... 24 Age to 52 The team, composed of young athletes, has been gazing straight ahead with their determined eyes, becoming the most striking sight on the training field.

Wolf-style training. It’s not circumstances that shape people—rather, it’s people who shape their own circumstances! Standing at attention left everyone with a lingering, pleasantly sore sensation throughout their bodies. But it was the “Wolf Spirit Training” in the afternoon that truly put our physical strength, willpower, and endurance to the test. Carrying round logs, lifting tires—every step on the path of the Wolf King was fraught with hardship yet brimming with inspiration. How could we ever truly appreciate the vastness of life without experiencing trials and tribulations? Even if Heaven has a hundred different ways to torment you, as long as you’re willing, you’ll surely be able to push through the thorns of the desert, find an oasis, and glimpse the dawn of victory and hope!

The weight of each individual strand 200 Round logs weighing about a few jin become even heavier after being soaked in rainwater. Everyone has to lift them up and perform “squat-to-stand” exercises and “over-the-shoulder lifts,” running from the starting point to the finish line within the allotted time. The weight pressing down on our shoulders feels like one heavy, burdensome dream after another. We know that what we need is not mere fantasy but genuine ideals—not affected sentimentality but passionate commitment. Everyone is exhausted, and many members of the team are suffering from pain in their shoulders, necks, and lumbar spines. Yet not a single person has dropped out.

One tire after another—pick up the tire on your left and lift it overhead, holding a half-squat position for the duration specified by the instructor. Then, place the tire you’re holding onto your right side, making it easy for your comrade on the right to take over. Repeat this process again and again, in a continuous cycle—persevere! 1 An hour has passed. At this moment, you’re no longer the frail young woman you once were, nor the pampered young master—you’ve become a steel warrior, part of the People’s Armed Forces Academy.

On the path of growth, there will inevitably be mud and low-lying areas—but only by stepping over them can we truly be called heroes! When you’re crawling on the ground, preparing to squeeze through barbed wire, what you need isn’t just your own raw, primal strength; you also need the help, encouragement, and cheers of your comrades! No one is so wealthy that they don’t need anyone’s assistance, and no one is so poor that they can’t offer help to others in some way. Those who are willing to applaud others are, in fact, cheering on their own lives as well!

Team cohesion, When you hold someone’s hand tightly, what sustains you is trust—a bond of heartfelt sincerity and mutual loyalty; it’s a sense of mission and responsibility that drives you forward with unwavering determination. 15 Evening 18 Point all the way to 16 morning of the day 11 The five activities—such as “United in Purpose” and “Unbreakable Forest”—are all designed to foster everyone’s mutual understanding and ability to collaborate effectively as a team. During this process, some people felt frustrated, others were afraid, and some even had accidents. Yet, despite all these challenges, no one ever wavered or backed down; instead, everyone kept pressing forward and persevering until the very end. Even when the entire group was penalized because of one person’s mistake, everyone accepted it willingly and without complaint—because after all, this was a team.

Everyone hugged each other tightly, ensuring that no one was left behind. The bamboo poles were smoothly passed from hand to hand, time and again, as they tried—and often failed—to find the correct order of the pictures and faced punishment for their mistakes. The marbles slid down the apparatus into the cups, and the balloons were blown up in one swift breath until they burst with a loud pop... You might come up with a thousand different ways to solve any given problem, but what you absolutely can’t do without is your comrade-in-arms. For a tiny stream can only create fragmented ripples, whereas when countless streams converge into the ocean, they can unleash mighty, towering waves!

The cutest person, The people around you are the ones who accompany you through your transformation, and it’s also those very same people who witness your growth. They’re truly the most lovable individuals. During the day-and-a-half-long military training, what was most profoundly moving wasn’t the burst of energy displayed at a particular moment on the training field—but rather the composure that the soldiers exuded after enduring countless hardships and twists and turns—their most captivating smiles.

Amidst the yellow sands, through a hundred battles I’ve worn golden armor—until I’ve broken Loulan, I’ll never return. — The second session of the Nobang Academy’s Elite Eagle Lecture Series has concluded successfully, but the warriors’ mission is far from over! Keep up the good work!
