2016 Year 7 Moon 4 Today is a memorable day—the day when the first group of Lemon Trainees began their training since Nobang Academy was founded. Freshly entering the workforce, they are full of hope and passion for the future, though they’ll undoubtedly also experience moments of uncertainty and confusion. From July 5 to July 7, the Class of 2016 “Lemon” students joined forces with alumni from previous classes for training, exchanges, and heartfelt sharing!
The First Lesson of My Career
No in Wei Come on, Bang—work happily and communicate efficiently!
Although the military training is now over, those unforgettable seven days remain vividly etched in my memory. Whenever I recall each scene—where tears mingled with sweat—I’m deeply moved. Military training isn’t just about letting us experience hardship and fatigue, pain and laughter; more importantly, it’s about instilling in us a spirit of perseverance and mutual support, one that we’ll carry forever in our hearts and pass on to others. After our first weekend of rest, the task of updating the bulletin board finally came to the forefront, and we personally wrote our stories onto every single photograph.

Workplace Cultivation Diary No. 2
General Tang shared his personal experiences, recounting the development history of Boss Group, its corporate culture, and how the company overcame crises to once again become a leading enterprise driving industry advancement. We gained a deeper understanding of the “tiger clamp” spirit—the spirit of hard work and perseverance—that has defined Boss Group. Moving forward, we’ll carry this “clamp” spirit into our daily work.
After touring the factory, the lemon team was deeply impressed by Anbo’s relentless pursuit of perfection in cabinet-making craftsmanship. Instructor Wang gave a presentation on Anbo’s corporate culture and its current development status. Each company has its own unique corporate culture, and we should be adept at learning from their strengths.

A series of team challenge games has taught us that a team is built on communication (verbal). + Knowledge (talent) + Listen (ear) + The team is composed of fundamental elements—people. There are no perfect individuals, only perfect teams! A team requires everyone’s seamless cooperation, mutual trust, and a sense of responsibility.
I am proud to be a member of the Nobang family, and I am deeply grateful to the company for providing me with a grand stage for personal growth. Today, I solemnly pledge: I will take my mentor as my role model, humbly seek guidance, proactively strive forward, and study diligently! I will respect my mentor, wholeheartedly listen to his or her wise teachings, refine my character, and stay on the right path! I will live up to my mentor’s guidance and trust, fully harness my intelligence and talents, enhance my capabilities, and elevate the value of my life. I will speak with sincerity and act with love, dedicating everything—without any regrets—to Nobang’s bright future!
For a period of 20 After the day's training, 11 One lemon has gone through corporate culture training, career planning, military-style training, and foundational skills training for the job. Along this journey, there have been moments of confusion and heated debates—but more often, there was trust and understanding among our peers. Through it all, each of us has come to understand what a team truly is, how to find our place within it, and how to play our part effectively. We’re all eagerly looking forward to shining brightly in our respective roles—transforming from green, inexperienced lemons into splendidly mature ones!
