On December 11, Linping District held a district-wide conference to advance the reform of building a workforce of industrial workers in the new era, as well as a meeting of the Leading Group for Promoting Factory Transparency in Linping District. Wang Weian, Deputy Secretary of the District Committee, Secretary of the Political and Legal Committee, Head of the District Industrial Reform Coordination Group, and Head of the District Leading Group for Promoting Factory Transparency, attended the meeting and delivered a speech. At the meeting, 20 organizations—including Nobang Co., Ltd.—were recognized as model units for harmonious labor relations in the new era in Linping District, and medals were presented to these honored organizations.
