24 Campus Recruitment Session -- Wuhan Textile University Station successfully completed.
From September 21 to 22, our HR team members moved to Wuhan and conducted campus recruitment presentations at the Sunshine University Activity Center on the Yangguang Campus of Wuhan Textile University.
Before the presentation, we distributed our company’s facial cleansing wipes and wet toilet paper products to the students who came to listen, giving them a more direct and tangible understanding of our products.
At the briefing, we first provided a detailed introduction to Nuobang’s development journey and its current business operations, enabling students to gain a deeper understanding of our company’s culture and core values, as well as the challenges and opportunities we currently face. Next, we shared information about our company’s diverse and engaging employee activities, giving students insight into Nuobang’s care and concern for its employees. Finally, we introduced the company’s recruitment plans and job requirements, allowing students to gain a more comprehensive understanding of our hiring needs and helping them make better-informed decisions about their career paths.
Q&A session
The students actively participated in the lecture and also demonstrated great enthusiasm and curiosity. During the Q&A session, participants actively asked questions and shared their thoughts, engaging in lively exchanges about topics such as majors that align with their interests, the qualities of talent that companies are seeking, and the development platforms and opportunities offered by the company.
At this briefing, colleagues from the Human Resources Department also conducted interviews with students who submitted their resumes on-site.

24 The campus recruitment event at Xi'an Engineering University was successfully completed.
From September 19 to 20, colleagues from the company’s Human Resources Department conducted campus presentations for the 24th class of Lemon at both the Jinhua Campus and the Lintong Campus of Xi’an Engineering University.
This briefing session primarily invited students from Xi'an Technological University majoring in textile engineering and mechanical & electrical engineering to attend. Thanks to proactive promotion beforehand and the support of the faculty, a large number of students came to listen, and the venue was completely full.
To kick off the presentation, Manager Wang from the Human Resources Department gave the students a brief introduction and extended a warm welcome. Following that, Gao Lihua from the Human Resources Department shared detailed insights with the students across four key areas: getting to know Nobang, stepping into Nobang, the Lemon Project, and joining Nobang itself. This provided the students with a more intuitive understanding of our company and the Lemon Project.
Before the seminar concluded, Manager Wang from the Human Resources Department conducted a brief Q&A session for the students present. The students actively asked questions about career development, promotion paths, salary and benefits, and we provided each student who asked a question with detailed, professional answers and helpful advice.
This briefing aims to help students at Xi'an Technological University gain a better understanding of our company’s background, history, business operations, and future development prospects, thereby encouraging them to submit their resumes.
