7 On the 10th, the Second Members’ Congress and Inauguration Ceremony of the Zhejiang Province Hygiene Products Chamber of Commerce were held. Attending and delivering important speeches were Jin Liwei, Honorary Chairman of the Chamber; Wu Yue, Chairman of the Chamber; Yuan Chengmao, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Vice Chairman of the Zhejiang Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce; Jiang Yu, Member of the Party Leadership Group and Deputy Director of the Zhejiang Provincial Civil Affairs Department; Xu Hongdao, Advisor to the Chamber, former Vice Chairman of the Ninth Zhejiang Provincial Committee of the Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference and Member of the Tenth National Committee of the CPPCC; and Cao Zhenlei, Director of the Household Paper Professional Committee of the China Paper Association.
