At 8:40 a.m. on January 15, the 2021 Pledge Rally for Xiaozhi Company was held in Conference Room No. 4, reaffirming our firm belief, putting our plans into action, and launching a vigorous assault toward achieving our 2021 goals!
Before taking the oath, Mao Hongjian, Deputy General Manager and Director of Operations at Xiaozhijia, stated that all Xiaozhijia employees are fully confident in achieving the new year’s goals and expressed his hope that everyone will work together with one heart and give their best to make a final, all-out sprint!
Next, the performance leaders of each module signed commitment letters and, with high spirits, led their team members in chanting the target slogan! After the oath-taking ceremony concluded, Managing Director Zhang Jie elaborated on the purpose and significance of Bangyi and Xiaozhijia’s strategic positioning, and expressed his hopes and expectations for all team members.
