The cheers and shouts of encouragement thundered through the air, uplifting and energizing everyone. The participating team members gripped the long rope tightly, united as one, and pulled with all their might, giving it their absolute best. 9 Each participating team was full of fighting spirit, gritting their teeth and persevering to the very end. All spectators—regardless of whether they were from the center or not—spontaneously formed cheering squads, shouting encouragement with voices that echoed through the skies.
The cadre physical fitness competition is this year’s signature event in the tug-of-war. Under the leadership of Captains Gong and Ren, all cadres divided into two teams to compete against each other, demonstrating through their actions the spirit of unity, perseverance, and tenacious fighting spirit that characterizes the Nobang people.

At the closing ceremony, Deputy General Manager Gong Jinrui delivered a concluding speech. This sports carnival was wonderful, successful, and smoothly executed. Through this sporting event, communication among subsidiaries, departments, and employees has been enhanced, friendships have been strengthened, and mutual understanding has been deepened.
