On October 11, all employees of Guoguang and Nachiko set off on a heartwarming “Journey to Our Hometown,” basking in the warm autumn sunshine. This marks our second outing this year, following our leisure trip to Xiangshan! Packed with exciting activities and brimming with enthusiasm, the trip allowed everyone to unwind and relax amid their busy work schedules, strengthening their sense of unity and solidarity and showcasing the caring and friendly spirit of mutual support and assistance.
Happiness doesn’t come out of nowhere—once you step into Guoguang Nacico, you’ll experience a whole new kind of happiness. With its blue skies and fluffy white clouds, dreamy little towns, and a group of like-minded friends, I believe this will be the greatest gift autumn 2020 has in store for us!
Let’s unite and charge forward! Team-building interactive activities such as “60 Seconds of Speed,” “Inspiring Momentum,” “Passing the Passion,” and “Unfailing Forest” not only test our collaboration and unity but also put our collective wisdom and resonance to the test. They deeply remind us that every success is inseparable from the power of the group.
The “Power Rope Circle” activity left the deepest impression on me. To complete the entire event, we needed the combined strength of all our employees—working together to form a circle, pulling in unison, and synchronizing our movements as we lifted our dear colleagues onto the rope’s edge. They walked confidently along the rope’s edge without flinching or showing any fear—exhibiting unity, solidarity, and perfect teamwork.
After experiencing the thrilling high-altitude glass bridge that shatters into pieces, our friends fell in love with this fun and beautiful grass-sledding area—the exciting TikTok打卡 spot known as the “Colorful Slide.” It felt as if we’d stepped into a macaron-colored world! From the heart-pounding anxiety of waiting in line to our fearless leap of faith, we got a taste of what it’s like to fly through the air! The excitement kept coming, and laughter never stopped.
A day spent working and growing together always feels both fulfilling and fleeting. Before we know it, the golden autumn October “Guoguang-Nachiko” 2020 hometown-themed leisure retreat is coming to an end! With lingering reluctance and everyone’s friendly laughter still echoing in our ears, we’re heading back home now. Surrounded by the warmth of our collective bond, let’s carry this spirit forward—energized and full of passion, united as one, strengthening our team, and continuing our journey ahead!
