On July 8, the 2020 Company Skills Competition Series kicked off at Bangyi, with more than 70 participants taking part in the Bangyi Technology Safe Production Skills Competition. The skills competition is not only a contest for mutual learning and leveraging each other’s strengths, but also a showcase of efficient collaboration and team cohesion among groups. It further helps foster a sense of unity and solidarity among employees. “ Learn technology, compete in skills, prioritize safety, and achieve shared development. ” a positive atmosphere. The punctuated team kicked off the competition first. Preparations for cleaning before startup, verification of production models, and the orderly and efficient coordination of each process—these are all crucial steps. …… A series of operational procedures not only requires employees to be highly skilled and proficient in their tasks, but also demands that they keep safety firmly in mind at all times and ensure it is integrated into every step of the operation.

This competition is different from previous years’ “individual battles”; instead, efficient teamwork is the key to victory. With seamless cooperation among team members—each leveraging their own skill strengths and working together to unleash the team’s full potential—we are a collaborative collective, committed to mutual success and win-win outcomes.

We compete not just on speed and output, but even more so on quality. Only by ensuring that our products meet both quality and quantity standards can we improve efficiency and boost revenue! On-site inspectors conduct “re-inspections” of each product according to quality control standards to ensure it fully meets customer requirements.
During the knowledge quiz session following the hands-on training, employees once again received effective instruction on safety theory and corporate culture principles. Through lively competition and interactive question-and-answer sessions, employees’ awareness of safe production was further enhanced.
At the end of the competition, Chen Jianhua, Head of the Production Department at Bangyi, remarked that this skills contest was not only an opportunity for mutual learning and improvement but also a chance to effectively identify the issues we face in our daily production operations. In the course of production, we must avoid neglecting various operational details simply because of blindly pursuing high output; instead, we should strictly adhere to operational procedures and always keep them firmly in mind. “ Safety, quality ” Only with awareness can we truly implement quality improvement and efficiency enhancement, striving for excellence!
