Fire Drill | Theoretical Learning, Effective Practice—Be the One Who Escapes Unscathed in an “Accident”

To further enhance all employees’ awareness of fire safety, build up their knowledge of fire safety, improve their practical safety skills, and ensure the effective implementation of the company’s fire safety efforts. From May 24 to 26, a series of fire drills will be conducted over three consecutive days, combining theoretical instruction with practical exercises to maximize employees' fire safety skills.


Only with a solid theoretical foundation can one handle real-life situations with ease. Fire Brigade officer Xia Minglong delivered a lecture on fire safety knowledge to all employees, using practical examples to enhance their ability to respond effectively to sudden fire emergencies. Regular and effective drills ensure that everyone remains calm and composed when faced with an actual crisis! During simulated exercises—such as “fire escape drills” and “firefighting competitions”—participants demonstrated orderly evacuation and rescue procedures based on the knowledge and skills they had learned. They also showed effective teamwork and coordinated actions in firefighting competitions... Through these hands-on drills, the theoretical knowledge they had acquired was internalized, absorbed, and transformed into practical experience.


     After the exercise concluded, safety officer Zhong Xinhua summarized that every accident involves two critical stages: prevention beforehand and rescue afterward. Among these, prevention is of paramount importance. Only by firmly keeping in mind our sense of safety responsibility and diligently carrying out preventive measures can we nip accidents in the bud. As for post-accident rescue, it plays a vital role in mitigating the damage caused by an accident; when handled appropriately, it can minimize injuries and losses.
