Guided by the company’s business philosophy—“Pursue breakthroughs through innovative integration and strive for development through team excellence”—and in alignment with the departmental development goal of comprehensively enhancing skills within the Bangyi Business Unit in 2015, the company organized the 2015 Bangyi Business Unit Skills Competition and PK Contest. This initiative aimed to inspire teamwork among frontline production staff, focus all personnel on comprehensively addressing production factors such as output, quality, safety, and the environment, establish an integrated management system encompassing “quality, environment, and safety,” and encourage frontline employees to engage in self-directed learning and enhance their overall competency. By integrating theory with practice, this competition sought to promote a more effective production management approach.

The competition topics are structured around four key areas: production, quality, site operations, and safety. All frontline team leaders, assistant team leaders, quality inspectors, production operators, and collaborating workers participate in the competition. PK The session will be held on the morning of the competition day, focusing on knowledge. In the individual mandatory questions, each contestant is required to participate. Since all contestants have prepared thoroughly beforehand, they answered confidently and smoothly on stage, radiating self-assurance. The most exciting round was undoubtedly the buzzer question segment. For each incorrect answer in the buzzer round, points would be deducted from the team’s original score—posing a certain degree of risk. Nevertheless, this did not diminish the teams’ fighting spirit or enthusiasm at all. Each team actively participated in the buzzer questions, determined not to miss any opportunity to earn extra points for their team.
Afternoon hands-on practice PK It’s a real test of employees’ practical skills, proficiency, and adherence to operational standards—conducted right on the shop floor during live product manufacturing. The level of tension and excitement is no less intense than that of theoretical knowledge.
