● Fine and soft, unlikely to scratch the surfaces of precision products.
The finer the fiber, the lower its stiffness and the more delicate and soft the material becomes. The fineness of ultrafine modified polyester is only about one-third that of conventional polyester. The fibers have large gaps between them; thus, during wiping, dirt can be stored in these interstitial spaces, making it less likely to remain on the material’s surface.
● High mechanical strength, not easy to pill, and low dust generation.
The higher the mechanical strength of the material, the better the fiber entanglement, the less likely it is to pill, and the lower its dust-generating tendency.
● Clean production: The materials have low levels of ions and non-volatile residues, making them less likely to cause electrochemical corrosion on the metal surfaces of precision instruments.
